PSALM 121
God’s Plan For You
If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse from all unrighteousness. I John 1:8-9 ESV
God’s plan is a simple and beautiful one. Jesus, God’s sinless and perfect Son came to bring this plan. He took our sins upon himself and died on the cross, paying the price that God ordained for our sins. Through the death and resurrection of Jesus we can have salvation today. Jesus invites us, calls us to come to him with the burden of sin.
It is at the Cross that we qualify for eternal life. At the Cross we were set free from the kingdom of darkness; sin, the human pain and suffering that was the result of Adam and Eve’s choice to disobey the command of God.
Look, I have been standing at the door and I am constantly knocking, if anyone hears me calling him and opens the door, I will come in and fellowship with him and he with me. Revelation 3:20 TLB
For, whoever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Romans 10:13 ESV
